What will you do?
As an Allround Production Employee, you play an important role in modifying and assembling parts and constructions. You work with various materials and techniques to ensure our vehicles are perfectly prepared for wheelchair-accessible transport.
You are a true doer who likes to roll up their sleeves in a modern production environment where collaboration and innovation are central.
Your responsibilities in four phases:
You mount parts and assemble constructions that are essential for the conversion of our vehicles.
You carry out various processing tasks such as sawing, welding, and drilling. You also operate the laser for cutting sheet metal and the press brake for bending and folding it.
You set up machines, prepare work, and carry out quality controls to ensure every product meets our high standards.
You monitor progress and flag any deviations during the production process, contributing to an efficient and transparent workflow.

What are we looking for?
- You are physically capable of performing assembly work and enjoy working with your hands
- You can read technical drawings and have experience working with a laser and/or press brake
- You feel right at home in production work and have a technical background or experience in a similar role
- You are fluent in Dutch and English to understand instructions properly
- Experience or training as an allround production employee is a plus
- You have an eye for quality and safety and work accurately and methodically
- You are a true team player who is collegial and flexible
- You enjoy the challenge of working smarter and more efficiently
