As an Auto Converter, you will be responsible for professionally converting cars for wheelchair transport. People with experience in bodywork or as auto repair technicians will quickly find their way with us.
If you don’t have this experience but have a passion for cars and are handy with tools, we encourage you to read further. We offer the opportunity to learn the trade of conversion. Are you eager to learn and prefer hands-on practical learning over traditional schooling? Our experienced team is ready to guide and train you, so you can become a successful auto converter too.
In this role, you will start by inspecting and checking the car. You will learn how to disassemble parts of the car, such as seats, upholstery, exhaust systems, fuel tanks, suspensions, and more. Then, you will learn how to modify the body by removing certain parts and installing new ones.
Technical Insight: As an Auto Converter, it’s essential to have a good technical understanding. You should understand the basics of how cars are put together and how different components function.
Handiness: Since you’ll be working on disassembling and modifying car parts, being skilled with tools and working with your hands is crucial for your work as an auto converter.
Precision: It’s vital to work with great attention to detail to ensure that all modifications are carried out safely and correctly.
Problem-Solving Skills: Unexpected challenges may arise during the conversion process. We value your ability to think creatively and find solutions.
Eagerness to Learn: We value your genuine interest in learning this trade, so having a curious and eager attitude is important. In that case, we’re more than willing to teach you the trade!

We offer you a full-time position of 38 hours per week with a competitive gross salary, depending on your age, knowledge, and experience, ranging from €2,500 to €3,500 gross per month, along with good secondary benefits.
